in this chapter holden goes down to the lavender room and thinks about calling his sister again. he descibes he for a while and explains how she is a red head and is very polite. later in the night while he is still down there, he dances with 3 women who know he is younger but stay around him for a while until they leave him.
--i think its good for holden to go out and have fun because he has been through alot of rough stuff the last while.
