- At the begging of this chapter Nick and Gatsby are talking. Gatsby wants nick to invite daisy over for tea and then offers nick a bribe. Nick chooses not to take the offer but calls daisy anyway.
- It is a rainy day when Daisy is supposed to come over. When nick and daisy arrive they find the house empty, but soon later they find gatsby at the door because he took a walk in the rain.
- At first things were awkward between daisy and gatsby but later they seem to have forgot nick was even there. Nick then snuck out leaving them alone.
-I think that the book is very interesting now and its hard to put it down. It has also gotten much easier to understand the language usage.
